Nevermind, it's working OK now. Burning the ISO with Nero Track-At-Once setting was causing the error, Disc-At-Once cured it.

That command is the same you would use with update.exe to integrate into a directory, there should be no difference, it just extracts the files to a random directory and integrates at the same...
