BTYahoo Broadband Upgrade 2mb and 20% Price Reduction!

I got a nice message from BTYahoo Broadband today telling me that they are increasing my 1mb to 2mb and decreasing the price by 20%.

I don't know if that covers new users or only existing users....

Can you use different com ports on the same modem.

My friend has Win Fax Pro and uses a dial up internet. He needs to get off the TAPI onto a standard port to recieve faxes but then can't connect...
