Pushing your system memory to the max, is NOT wise.

pushing your memory to the max is fine as long as the memory you have is GOOD QUALITY.

Also alot of the timing settings cannot be accessed through the bios. although programs like tweakbios available from http://www.tweakfiles.com will do the job
