PCTech is an unknown quantity at this point

as far as I am aware if you get it modded you can play ANY game Jap(NTSC)/Euro(PAL)/USA(NTSC), so if you did get it modded that should be all you have to do, as the modchip should take care of the rest. Now as far is not modding it I can't really say as I am not sure, but I do know that if it gets modded you wont have a problem!
