Extract the dvd with DvdDecrypter;load the VOB file in VSO's DivX2Dvd and choose NTSC as movie standard....let the program do it's job and you'll get a nice VIDEO_TS folder with NTSC VOBs..

Forgot to mention:
extract the VOBs as 1 VOB file with DvdDecrypter......NO 1GB automatic splitting,otherwise you have to join them and reauthor to a singe menu after DivX2Dvd completes encoding....
You can feed DivX2Dvd several VOBs at the time,but it creates a seperate menu for each 1 of them if you load the 0.99 GB VOBs.....
