Burning a MPG

UPDATE : I finally made a successfully working SVCD copy of the mpg file. I came across this site hxxp://www.vcdhelp.com/nerosvcd.htm which gave me step by step directions.
On a side note, in my 1st attempts to make the VCD and SVCD's I used Nero Express. I don't really know if that was the difference, but I now have what I set out to get.
