Vonnage customer service has been atrocious for me, and the next time I have any issues, I am gonna dump them for someone else..they never call/ or write back when you have issues, and if you can't get through to their phone support, there is NO service at all..

I found that any time I need to get a hold of them, the best time to call is later on in the day. When my number did not get ported over within a month, I called them at around 11:00 at night, and got right through. It took longer to go through the menu options than the actual time to wait to get someone on the phone.
So far, I cannot complain about the Vonage service and I am happy with my decision. I still wish that they had Anonymous Call Blocking since I get a few every now and then, but I just let it go to voice-mail, so it isn't that big of a deal.
Besides that, how can you go wrong with their referral program? A free month for those who you refer, and you get 2 free months out of it - that is very nice!
