I have a MSI Platinum now, but with an Athalon fx53...I had that Azus board with my last P4, and it worked just fine;..both allow lots of "adjustments" relatively easily, so I guess its a matter of personal preference...
My MSI board has a few advantages over the Azus board, but either one would be a great choice..
