I have one because, like mciwd, I live in an area that must have purchased its equipment just before Noah set sail. There are frequent, very short, outages.
The UPS has worked flawlessly for about 2 years. When the power dips, you can't evev spot it on the monitor.
I have CPU, Monitor, and Modem fed of the UPS. when this one gives up the ghost, I will hurry out to get another one.
