Sp2 will not install with Alcohol or Daemon Tools on your system, when you attempt to install SP2 you will get and atapi.sys error or lock. If you have either installed, un-install both before you attempt to install SP2.

You can in stall sp2 with both of them installed you just need to disable them (untick the start up option and disable the virtual drives) and reboot to unload the dll and sys files
Once you do that you can install sp2 without problems =)
