You might want to look at the Salvation Army for a little help with food to save money. Also, if your wife has not already signed up for it the top two baby formula companies send you several $1 - $5 coupons if you sign up with them. They do this to get you to buy their product. They also sometimes send you some cans in the mail for free to try. I've signed up with both in the past even though we only used one brand. Often the cans they send have the words "Sample" over the barcode, but sometimes they don't. I have then taken that can to the store and told them I bought the wrong kind and ask if I can exchange for the other brand. :P
