simplest way would be:
1. Plug cable modem into router
2. Connect one of the desktops directly to router
3. Get/ use wirelss pci card for other desktop; connect that pc wirelessly to the router/internet
4. connect laptop wirelessly, as you have been
this is the recommended, and easiest way to make it work..dont bother enableing internet connection sharing; its always been a pain in the donkey to make work properly, especially with the SP2's that have been released...Why complicate things???
