What To Get First?

To me the most important is the case, together with the PSU.

Now $200 isn't that much money when it comes to put a new rig together, and maybe it isn't fun to start with the case. But, what are you supposed to do without it? Point is that most of us have old parts laying around. Use them again, but see to that you have a cool (!) case to place them. That is a Lian-Li to me but I see nothing wrong with ThermalTake either.
