What If Any Registry Cleaner Do You Use?

I have never used those very much. Occasionally when some problem occurred. It seems to work sometimes, sometimes not and then I usually fall back to some generation of Ghost image.
Tools used: JV16 Powertools and System Mechanic ones or twice.
