The router is made by Efficient Networks.
Try logging into the router using
http://192.168.1.1:8080 (Replace the address as neccesary) When you get to a screen try one of these user\password combo's:

If that fails try connecting to the router by telnet. From the command prompt type 'telnet o 192.168.1.1' with out the quotes and try those combo's of user\passwords.
When you eventually log into the router you are on your own i am afraid, unless someone here is conversant with telnet and can help you.
