Yo,
You know why it moves like a turtle?After a long process
just to have a copy of a movie or from a videocam.then,
start the viewing.It will play in SLOWMOTION.Hope you can

A little more info will help us help you... Tell us your computer specs... What program you are using, etc...

750? ...might need more.
192? ..might need more.
but aside from that, check the settings when capturing..
ie) speed (24fps-29fps), size.

Hey alas,
I don't think updating your system to WinXP with your current specs are going to help you out with the issue you are having... But, as always, I could be wrong...

In switching to WinXP, you might get away with the P3/750 and 192MB, but XP takes up 1GB if not more (not counting the Paging file ), a larger hard drive is definitely needed.

Hey guys,
My video captured is now working well,just updated
my driver and install the new revision and YES :P
is now working.
