Yo,
You know why it moves like a turtle?After a long process
just to have a copy of a movie or from a videocam.then,
start the viewing.It will play in SLOWMOTION.Hope you can

but aside from that, check the settings when capturing..
ie) speed (24fps-29fps), size.

Hey alas,

I don't think updating your system to WinXP with your current specs are going to help you out with the issue you are having... But, as always, I could be wrong... :D

In switching to WinXP, you might get away with the P3/750 and 192MB, but XP takes up 1GB if not more (not counting the Paging file ), a larger hard drive is definitely needed.

My video captured is now working well,just updated
my driver and install the new revision and :D YES :P
is now working.
