Then again this QoS-thing doesn't brake anything unless you are running QoS-enabled software under controlled conditions. For an ordinary homeuser the QoS brake does absolutely nothing.
Unless I am mistaken, something that happens all the time. I do remeber however several discussions on the topic some time after XP was released and back then it was very popular to disable QoS (yes, I did too) and almost everybody found no difference at all.
