Try microsoft windows update. They have released a patch for one of their earlier patches, Authentication problems with internet explorer

I always receive this message but this was when using Microsoft Baseline Analyser

Sometimes this is because your internet settings are too high

Just go to windows update and they have this new update:

813951 : Mise à jour pour Internet Explorer 6 SP1
Taille du téléchargement : 345 Ko, 1 minute
Cette mise à jour remédie à un problème causé par le correctif de sécurité Internet Explorer 810847, qui peut entraîner des problèmes d'authentification dans Internet Explorer. Téléchargez-la maintenant pour éviter des demandes d'authentification en continu. Une fois cet élément installé, vous serez peut-être amené à redémarrer l'ordinateur. Après son installation, l'élément ne peut pas être supprimé. Plus d'infos... (Ce site peut être en anglais).
