Try microsoft windows update. They have released a patch for one of their earlier patches, Authentication problems with internet explorer

I always receive this message but this was when using Microsoft Baseline Analyser :lol:

Sometimes this is because your internet settings are too high

Just go to windows update and they have this new update:
