There were some hacks that would add the Media Center Edition stuff to you (already installed) Windows XP, but I heard it gave some probs with the activation. You may need to run some reset hack to get it to work.
WinXP MCE is very picky about the TV Tuner and decoder cards. I do't know if you board will work on MCE, I'd do a search in MCE's inf files before I'd install.
