Do I need to reinstall my OS in order to use this or can I just install the media center portion (if there is one)?

Also, I have a Leadtek 2000XP tv tuner, will this work?

Yes and probably no:

There were some hacks that would add the Media Center Edition stuff to you (already installed) Windows XP, but I heard it gave some probs with the activation. You may need to run some reset hack to get it to work.

WinXP MCE is very picky about the TV Tuner and decoder cards. I do't know if you board will work on MCE, I'd do a search in MCE's inf files before I'd install.
