Hi Folks, if you are running a machine that is "Only" Serving Files on the Internet, "FTP", then the only "Open" Port would be for File Transfers. Whichever Port you have "Chosen".
In that case there is no Purpose to a "Firewall" or "Virus/Trojan" Scanner at all. The machine will run faster and more efficiently without the overhead too.
