Windows XP Pro hangs during logo screen! :(

Hey, a little add on, it seems like a memory problem. i tried to play with my 2 - 128mb Ram (Samsung PC133U) - I removed one first, windows went up normally, then i tried the second one only, and windows went up, and now both of them are in their slots and windows went up, but im gonna try rebooting a few times now and im pretty sure it'll hang again...
