Easy!

Right click My Computer. Click Computer Management.
Go to Storage > Disk Management
CDROMs are listed in the bottom of the windows.
Right Click CD-ROM 0 button and click Change Drive letter and the paths.
Click Change
Choose the Drive Letter from the Drop Down Menu
Click OK
Click OK
