This tells me that you have not installed the kernel sources (Or Mandrake have changed their location). Go to www.kernel.org and download the 2.4.19 kernel. Then untar it in the /usr/src directory. Then create a sym link from linux-2.4.19 to linux.

VMware should be able to find the location of the headers now.
