Thanx .Unicorn for your input i have made a boot flopy with win98 sys files and all the normal files +
chdsk
country
deltree
display
edit
fdisk (new version for over 64gb hd)
format
keybd
himem
io
mscdex
mode
msdos
smartdrv
mouse
readntfs
plus other small files
everything works ok but would still like some other NTFS utilities.
If i find any good ideas will publish them here.jtk
