i am not realy up on that program but could you describe some details alittle further like the errors they recieve? or what kinda service u have? dsl ect. also does it show them loging on and what kinda firewall your using and what peramiters u have set up. this all is a must for someone to at least begin to help you. get back with all thats stated i or someone here will be able to diognose the problems.
