I think that ON/OFF is the only sensible option, personally I like it, I understand others dont...
So who in their right mind would vote for anything else than giving individual users a choice...
And yes, the wheel scroll thing is a problem I find annoying sometimes, ill try and work on a solution...
Ill also try and get a way for people to know if someone has it turned off, so they dont waste their time talking to someone who cant even see it...
