Sb live 5.1

I have a sound blaster live 5.1 card running under windows me, my promblem is when i play music i can only get the sound to come out of 4 speakers is there a patch anywhere so the sound will come out of the centre speaker aswell i know the speaker is not faulty because when i play a dvd it works fine, thanks in advance

Not totally sure on this. But to get the sound to play out of the center speaker, the game, app, or what ever has to be encoded in the dolby 5.1

There might be a patch to make sound alway come out of the center speaker - but haven't seen any.

It's your lucky day. Creative just released new official xp drivers at http://www.soundblaster.com/support/winxp/ . They don't come with liveware - but they do come with AudioHQ and EAX support. Give them a try.
