I installed XP/SP2 briefly to have a look at it - worked fine apart from my WG511...seems you can use either the Netgear config utility or XP's Zero Configuration, but not both. They both run as services and you must either uninstall the Netgear software or disable XP's Zero Configuration service.

I dumped the install and went back to W2K, which I prefer anyhow, so I'm not all that clued up on the ins and outs of XP. Maybe someone who is can give more useful advice.
