Grzyb is an unknown quantity at this point

A friend of mine can't connect to an IRC channel.....

It says that the Address has been banned.....

I take it that means the IP address....He was wondering whether you can connect to the channel using a Proxy Server, as you can to various Web Sites/Ftp Servers

Is this possible and if so how would you go about it.....
