When ever I download a file from internet explorer and minimize the downloading window my computer totaly frezzes for about 30 to 40 seconds it also does it when I minize internet explorer but not as often when it does it you can pres control-alt-delete and nopthing happens!! I tried debuging and reformating the Hard drive (NTFS) and reinstall windows xp and all its driver and I still get the same problem. I also tried appling service pack# 1 and it still does it.
