hi guys
i just bought a new Sony 16X DVD Rom. The drive is not reading MovieDVD's but i am able to access DATA DVD's . is there any problem wiht the drive or the CD.

windvd..moreover when i try to open the dvd drrive via Windows Explorer it is sayign that "please insert a disk into the drive"

Is it correctly configured at slave or master ? This can be your problem And check your cable just to be shure that is in good condition

my dvd drive detects all the other DVD R's except Movie DVD roms
