I keep getting random crashes for no apparent reason with Opera and I have been getting them since 7.0. [current install 7.03] Am I the only one. What the heck is with these crashes? Sometimes I get as many as 15 or 20 a day! What's up?

Just started using it yesterday. Had a little trouble at first;kept freezing. Seems to be alright today. Seemed to work, once I disabled the startup screens, where it asked if I wanted opera to be my default browser, and where I wanted to start, either where I left off, or at my homepage. Seemed to work for me.

Been working fine here. Been using 7.xx since beta 1 and its worked fine the whole time. In terms of not crashing anyways. :P

For anybody interested, I fixed my problem. Current builds of Opera (7.03 and 7.1b) *really* do not like the current version of Sun Java 1.4.1_02. I uninstalled Sun Java and the problem completely disappeared. It hasn't crached since so I am running MS Java VM instead so I have Java in my IE anyhow. Screw Sun with their sad cat and mouse crap with Microsoft. [The question is who is the cat and who is the mouse. ]
