Font Considered "critical Update"

Since when is a font considered "critical update?"

:P So far I have not chosen this "critical update". I have Office 2003 and I do have this font. I don't need it, but I don't want to give it up either.

yes, I knew they were changing the new programs to not include the font. I would have expected this to be a "regular update", not a "critical update".

I think this is the "update" that removes the swastika symbols from the font, believing that it is offensive. A little too politically correct to me; before the Nazis used them they were Hindu symbols of one kind or another.

IMO, it is wrong use of language. How on earth replacing a font charactor is critical update? May be it is critical for them.

mikeh420 is right, and I'm sure it's only critical for M$ to prevent them from getting sued again.
