Hello,

I have a scsi Pioneer DVD and I can't see it This is a new problem. In the device manager, I see the scsi card but not the DVD player

Where is it ?

I just remove it and the scsi card, reinstall them and I don't see my dvd ??

Please help me......Last week, I have remove an HD from my PC and I think this is from this moment. The DVD just disapear

If I put a cd in my DVD drive, the light flash and I hear the CD turning.

Also I have DIskAlert to monitor my drives and it see two drives ATA\Disc 0 and unknown\Disc 1

did you try checking in disk mangement to see if the DVD rom is being assigned a drive letter?

Try this:diskmgmt.msc
Start---->Run and type diskmgmt.msc in the box

this will bring up the disk management console. The bottom half of the window displays all the drives in your computer, check they all have a drive letter assigned

Thanks DoG,

But I have it now

The problem was two pins broken is the DVD drive

JUst replace them today and all is working fine
