well its almost time to get off work, I will be going home and trying to figure out what drive I have from the suggestions above, and will let everyone know. I think there is a firmware update out!
not sure though I think i have the 4040B (i think), there is a firmware update but i need to figure out which bios version I have first, and make sure I have the right drive identified, thanks Betaone Family, your help is really appreciated
