Oh yeah...that thing. :P I forgot about the Constitution. No! I am joking... You are right. Still...I feel martial law under certain circumstances would work better in -extreme- circumstances...and this was one of them. We can't do such a thing without shredding the Constitution to hell and back though. That is why I think it is so sad that we have just given the [p]resident of the US [sorry, I won't capitalize for Georgie W. He is the president, not The President in my eye] the power to wage war with little ability to restrain his actions which flies in the face of years of Constitutional law!
