Naww...I think they should get strung up and let the families of those that lost people take low powered unscoped [22?] rifles at them so that it lasts longer and they can beg for forgiveness before their light is extinguished.

Too bad theres that 8th Amendment to the Constitution which prevents such things. Such punishment only fulfills your need for vengence.

Oh yeah...that thing. :P I forgot about the Constitution. No! I am joking... You are right. Still...I feel martial law under certain circumstances would work better in -extreme- circumstances...and this was one of them. We can't do such a thing without shredding the Constitution to hell and back though. That is why I think it is so sad that we have just given the [p]resident of the US [sorry, I won't capitalize for Georgie W. He is the president, not The President in my eye] the power to wage war with little ability to restrain his actions which flies in the face of years of Constitutional law!
