Stringent is an unknown quantity at this point
I have a BX440 chipset in one of my boxes. It can take a 1ghz CPU that runs 100mhz. So this can only take E CPU.

I also have a i820 chipset that can run 133FSB and is a slot mobo. This can take both E and EB.

Silly question, but have you emailed your manufacturer? They should be able to say!
