Hey, anyone know if I can use 2 sound cards at the same time? If I can, then how can I tell one player to use one and the other(mp3 player) to use the other ?

Well acording to what i read tv's(ntsc) (Unless it is a highdefinition model) only supports a max res of 640 x 480. So u will have to set your diplay to that. Still it never looks as good as...
