Can you remote desktop from XP Pro into XP Home Edition?

Because in XP Home when I right click on My Computer - Properties - Remote there is no option to allow remote desktop like there is in XP Pro.

Connecting pc to tv?

My computer has a scart connection at the back.

When I connect the pc to the telly, and switch the pc on and change av on the telly I only get as far as the XP splash screen, then the tv goes...

I bought a pc from Aldi.
It did'nt have a floppy drive, when I installed one I noticed than there was 2 memory sticks - Samsung 256mb DDR PC3200 - on the Aldi leaflet it said the pc had 512mb DDR...
