I tried the run command looks like i can change the settings there, Pefect!.

I downloaded netlimiter too, and its amazing for any traffic through each machine.

I dont care for kazza myself, too many fake files, edonkey and overnet p2p programs are very unreliable it seems. I am really interested in ftp transfers but i have no idea of how this is...

I've actually come across this aswell with norton 2002 & 2003 installed, what happens is the norton saftey bin is enabled... if you have items in the bin while you disable the saftey bin feature...
