i've got an hp pavilion ze4101 laptop.
i heard somewhere that if you use it(any laptop in general) most of the time running from the ac that you should take the battery out completely. well i was wondering if that is the best thing to do. is this right or should i run if from the ac and leave the battery in? as you probably have guessed, this is my first laptop and i have no idea what will hurt it and what is the best for it. (emailed hp about it a week ago and they haven't responded yet). thanks for the info. |
Heard anything? I also have a HP laptop, but I always just leave the battery in when it's connected to the AC. I haven't unplugged it from the AC cord in awhile; for all I know the battery is dead and won't hold a charge...
