OK, just setup new Mb, Proc, Ram, etc....Curious as to which would be a better setup, for the RAM...

1. Running 512 single stick @ 333

or

2. Running 1gB dual channel @ 266

Both seem to work fine, just wondering...TIA B)

Abit AN7
Athlon 2500+ Barton @ stock settings (166x11)

Big POPPA Pump 7th May 04 03:56 AM

Neither

2*256 @ 400fsb for the maximum bandwidth efficiency.

great answer...

PCDAD have a similar setup xcept using da Mobile Barton XP 2500+ K7N2 Delta.
oc'd a bit :) 12.5 x 200 fsb, 256*2 using 3200 green Mushkin dual channel @1.625v. That's still below ur desktop barton's default vcore.
ya gotta love those oem laptoppers, unlocked and happy to run above specs.

Go with the 512mb at 333 unless you need another 512mb for some reason.
