I once had a floppy drive that didn't write. I was puzzled for a while as it in Explorer looked as it all worked. When I wrote something to the floppy Explorer showed the file was there. Then after a reboot there was nothing on the floppy. I replaced the floppy drive with a new one and all worked.
So, it might look stupid, but are you sure you can format? Or is it only Explorer that logically thinks that you format?

I shure that it format,

I try to make an Acronis boot disc and it format the floppy but when it was the time to write files, it write two files and freeze the computer when trying to write the image

I also try to copy with CMD with no luck.

And this drive is only two months old

Hmm...
It fails to write to the newly formatted floppy, and it also fails to write to the floppy when using the command window, right? Then, how do you know the floppy is correctly formatted? Maybe you have tried it in another machine and found it allright?

I'm asking as I'm preparing those anacronis floppys for you. However they won't do any good if your floppy-drive doesn't work.

Let me be a pain in the ass for a few more moments then.
Why can't you use them?
- how have you written them?
- what happens when you try to boot from disk 1?

I will try to be more specific :

I can boot from a floppy like win 98 SE etc.........

If I have some files in the floppy, I can copy one file to the same floppy

If the floppy is not empty, I can send a file to this floppy !

But if they are no directory in the floppy, my computer freeze and I have to hit the reset.

I have not trying in safe mode but this is the next step

Yes,

That is working in safe mode,

No problem, I can read, write and format

Maybe this is a software who is locking the floppy

Check your floppy cable, make sure its in tight and/or swap it for a different one.

Try another floppy drive to see if the same thing happens.
