my stupid connection keeps droping 4 no apparent reason os i got to get it fixed almost every 5-15 minutes it kicks out


i have cable on windows 2000 pro with AMM

the 3 in1 that was here/at BetaOne


anyway it just disconects 4 now reason it kicks out


just started happing a week ago do you think its at my end


I mean any help on this matter if it happend to you will help me 2 thanks


it aint the drivers from what i know installed new and old 1's

1.4.0 and 2.0 USB is what i use and its the same thing kicks out 4 no reason

Might be a strange hardware problem. Are there any steps you can take to test the hardware, maybe piece by piece. Then if you have been struggling with this for a week... What about connect another computer to your modem. Then if that works you might install another instance of win2k as a dualboot and check if it works...

well, you know 2-cent-thoughts

dont think its hardware just started

might be on there end

hope not i might get good speeds but man it takes a long time to get anything fixed here *L*

Yeah I doubt the problem is at your end, I have the same problem with my cable connection due to the fact that i live in the boonies and my connection is spotty.

are u using adsl/dsl?? it might just be the phone line quality. which happen to me.
