Disable Access To Internet Time Window?

Anyway to hide the Internet Time Window

I don't want to disable Internet Time, I just want to hide the window.

Yea sure its registy just dont know it.

But why? Well because for my old computer. Don't want my little brother changing anything. Yeap noting. Well best I can.

He always fucks up one thing or nother. Not sure how be he does. lol On accident most of the time.

So I just want to lock everything from him so it cant be changed accidenetly and i dont have to keep coming to the resuce to save his ass.

i think you have to disable the whole Date and Time properties in control panel...just my guess
