well, 64 bit aint a consumer os anyways, and most itanium2 servers do indeed have 1 gb of ram already.
yeah but then you'll need
1 gb 4 the OS
1 gb for appz and such
1 gb for games and anything else
1 gb for you dont run out when the sp packs come out which will eat up more memory
1 gb just encase
oh and 1 gb on stand-by cause if 1 of the above go you will have a slow system and you still may need it 4 longhorn 643-bit system

Dude, you didn't read Nichotin's post. Let me restate it: The 64 bit operating system, is NOT a consumer OS. Therefore, you can remove games from the list of things to do on it. So, now that removed 1 gb of memory. Besides, you wouldn't need seperate catagories for APPS and GAMES. They are the same thing.
